Don't really got a good idea how to explain it as an amateur, but you're missing a lot of "details" for it to something on that level. Fleshing it out more basically. Clothes details, hair details/dynamism, eye details, shading, etc. Basically making things a lot more 3D.
Given that some of these details are mainly shown in the coloring stage, but there are sketching techniques that can do them. All I can critique is the sketch though after all.
Take what I say as just some random dude who sees various fanarts though. I'm no professional like I said.
