01 - physical location of the datacenter where the server is hosted
T - testing, P - production, I - internal use, O - others
VLS - virtual Linux server, VWIN10 for win 10 vm, VWS16 for virtual windows server 16, PLS for physical Linux server and so on
POSTGRESQL - primary function of the server
03 - index number in case if there are multiple identical servers for redundancy

Usernames:
smith.adam
epstein.jeff
einstein.alb
Surname.short first name. If a company has employee number - use that instead

For home use - just function of the machine in Latin with a go-to nickname for username
