So, think they're going to do the Robe-sama meeting during the reunion, or will they really try to just bluster through to the climax without anyone actually having talked with it? I personally recommend reading the manga first. That's what I did. The anime isn't terrible, but the liberties they took with the first season does mess with the narrative and feeling a lot.

i've been refraining from reading the manga because i want to feel the experience from the anime first, but im enjoying the show so far despite its flaws or inconsistencies.

I'm 99% sure Christopher/Anthony is the robed guy, lots of hints point to that way, but im also rather curious about Olly. He seemed to be awfully cooperative in this episode slipping a lot of "secrets". I wonder if he's doing it on purpose and is in the cahoots with Christopher.

The author explained on twitter a few weeks ago the rules they used for naming the dolls. When they have similar names it's because they either didn't think much about it (majority of them) or have a huge ego. The cases where the names are different happen because people don't usually name their toy dolls after them.

Yeah, i think so too. But since this is an adaptation of a manga and i haven't read the manga, anime staff could had taken some liberties to make the story be easier to understand to viewers and point out/make obvious a few things. For all we know, all or most morphs that never found a proper host would have eventually poofed like Shirley was assumed to. We don't know the "normal" life cycle of morphs. The one that turned into a rat was considered wasted. We don't know if the shadows in the children's wing have a biological time limit to merge or if they can go on as they are forever. We don't know much of anything.
