I know that all, but the telling part is that he remembers it differently in his flashback despite the flashback including Miko clarifying, thus presenting the same context as in the original. The only sound interpretation is that Ishigami doesn't realize what he actually said, making it a slip.>>228451786>That being said, this also sounds like a post-hoc justification for poor soddering, considering the lack of reasoning provided.
Post-hoc justification? I was pointing this shit out as it was, and before, it was revealed for fucking years because of how stupidly obvious it was.> If you're going to make the case that Ishigami has, unironically, loved Miko for a long time, and that these feelings aren't just a retcon-from-ambiguity
I am going to make that case because I read the fucking manga. Maybe it's clearer to me since I can read JP, but Ishigami's always been a gloomy/sour grapes type tsundere, and a blatant one at that. He constantly. constantly, lies about how he feels about Miko in the most obvious "defense mechanism" way possible. "It's not l-like I care about you or anything either, b-baka." "Oh, she's just that kind of creature, so I don't mind her insults."
One of the obvious details in Christmas is just how fucking much her words hurt him, and how much they've always hurt him, despite him lying to say he doesn't care. One of the obvious details all throughout is how he clearly craves a better relationship with her but is too pussy to actually try. I pointed this out as it was happening, but retards called it delusion. He displays blatant jealousy with other boys getting close to her, beyond simply being protective. There's leaving a flower for her, there's that "Ore", and more. Shit showing that he's either consciously or unconsciously acting out romantic scenarios with her.>Feelings don't simply emerge out of nowhere;
She's cute, and he's always cared for and admired her. And she's always been one of the few who bothered with him.
