No, not really. Someone who just dropped it has something valuable to say (and something to actually discuss / argue about): "I didn't like the characters because...", "I didn't like the pacing because...", "I was engaged at the beginning but after (...) the thing just imploded on itself...", "I simply couldn't bother to care about the characters because...", "I gave it a chance but the fights didn't improve even after (....) so I just gave up..." and so on.
Meanwhile someone who watched it to the end out of spite did it only so he can shitpost rather than actually give real criticism. Basically "I watched it to the end therefore my opinions are right and correct".
