I'm surprised we haven't seen Kate have another mental breakdown after learning the full truth. Based on her DIRTY IT DIRTY IT DIRTY IT DIRTY IT DIRTY IT episode, she has a lot of self-revulsion at what she is, and with how moral and conscientious her personality is, I'd have expected to see that come out again in some sort of "I'm not even Kate, I'm just a parasite who killed Kate's mother and then stole her body!" breakdown once she knew what unification really entailed.
